Patrick Moulton

I'm a business operator, advisor, and investor with a background in logistics, technology, and M&A.

 

As Vice President of Moulton Logistics, I helped scale the company into a leading e-commerce fulfillment provider with multiple facilities and over 300 employees. I later became Angel Investor #1 and an early advisor to Sellbrite, a SaaS platform for multi-channel e-commerce sellers, which was acquired by GoDaddy.

 

After completing my MBA at USC’s Marshall School of Business, I joined Houlihan Lokey, where I worked on middle-market M&A transactions across multiple industries.

 

In addition to technology and finance, I’ve had success in international real estate development—designing and building a luxury villa in Bali that I operated as a high-performing short-term rental.

 

Today, I apply that combined experience to launching and advising ventures at the intersection of technology, real estate, and wellness.
